99 tahoe rear side door windows?

Please tell me there's a way to defeat the silly partially open back door windows.

Unfortunately not. With the doors cut off at the bottom corner, the windows won't go down but so far.

Yeah but thats like 8" or so. Didn't think about the door shape. Figured it was that silly federal mandate at the time.

Yup, unfortunately none of the Tahoes have rear windows that roll all the way down. That was just the Suburbans.
