Pretty straight forward but maybe an overview may help someone. I always remove the seat bolts by loosening them a bit then tightening some number of times on the way out. They will have undercoating or rust on the threads. I've found pulling them out in one shot an easy way to gall the threads.
Tools:
15mm socket
15 mm wrench
T50 torx bit
Trim tool
Drivers side:
Fold the seat bottom up, use the trim tool to pop the clips holding the carpet across the back of the seat. Socket wrench to pull 4 bolts holding the brackets to the floor. Wrench for the outboard top bolt. #50 Torx on an extention for the inboard bolts in the middle. Easy to access from the rear compartment. Fold bottom cushion down and lift into rear compartment.
Passenger side:
Two forward bolts need the plastic corner covers removed. Trim tool to remove the push pin clips then a bit of judicious wiggling gets the little snap clips to pop off. Gently you don't want to break them. Those bolts are easily pulled with the seat down and an extension. Pop the carpet to access the upper outboard bolt.

Rear seat floor vent release locations. I usually break these kind of things. Looked them over and found a flat screwdriver slid in from each side would pop the tabs. No breakage.

Got the carpet out. Tomorrow isn't supposed to be rainy. So to the neighbors paved drive with a pressure washer I'm going. Scrub in some oxygen clean and see what happens.

Well they look a lot better, but not as good as I'd hoped. If anyone else cares to try this I recommend laying them out flat carpet side down to dry the underlayment first. I didn't, now I get to fight the placement of the detached backing.
