99 C1500 Suburban PCM diagnostics cycle

I cleared codes after converting to MPFI and replacing all the cats/o2 sensors. That was 1 month ago and approx 1K miles. Friggin PCM is still claiming "Not ready for emissions testing".

Is there a tried/true formula somewhere that works for this vehicle? I've done a number of WOT accels to 60, coasting stops, and continuous highway/city driving over the last 1K miles. No dice.

I thought Honda was bad......
