Great news we got start up!
I was reading on how another guy with the same issues went into his tune and disabled the Crank Low Res Signal [SYSTEM > System Options] and that did the trick.
Some reason the signal was enabled and supposedly thats only for the older style vortec motors with 4 tooth reluctor.
