First Guess: Rotor tip is supposed to be aligned to "8", but you're on the top of the exhaust stroke, you should be on the top of the compression stroke.It won’t even run at all just keeps cranking over an over.

You could try rotating another cycle (360-degrees) restab it and see if it fires. Or feel for air coming out of #1 plug and align the two marks then.
