The installed picture was correct for being on #1 tdc.

Install pic looks right except...... if you didnt already after the pic was taken... you may want to plug the connector back in for anything to work.... no pic showing it plugged in so just guessing here..lol...

Are you at TDC of compression stroke (versus exhaust stroke)? Here’s the procedure, maybe it’ll help. You’ll then need a scanner (or download an app) to set the CMP offset.
