Something about an OBS
I’m wondering if what I’ve heard is true, will a 96 4l60e work in a 98? I’ve heard it wouldn’t because of the difference in the shift points. Anyone have any information on this ?

It wont but not for that reason. The 98 has an extra ground in the trans harness. You can use a 98 in a 96 by adding said ground wire but i dont think you can use a 96 in a 98. Other than that and the one peice case everything is the same im pretty sure.
