When I had my 98 K1500 I had ordered "Pioneer TS-A1675R 6-1/2" 3-Way TS Series Coaxial Car Speakers" for the front doors but I remember that some drilling was required to make it fit. I don't have a problem with that but there is a better size to get than that? Also are the rear door speakers the same size? Usually I would just get this info from Crutchfield's but they list both 6 1/2 and 6 3/4 inch sizes.
Thanks!

Is the 95 still the old style interior? If so then sorry, I'm not sure. I know the newer style is 6.75" in both sets of doors with no modification necessary.

I would. I run Kicker KS series speakers in my '97 Suburban and they fit with no modification necessary. 6 3/4" in the front and rear doors, and 4"x10"s in the rear roof.

Thanks for the info! Which would you pick? I can't find KS series...

If I had to pick between those, I'd go with the Pioneers on top. They've got actual rubber surrounds and the rest are foam. Also better power handling, THD and sensitivity ratings.

EDIT - Here's the KS Series I used. A little more expensive than what you're looking at, though. I went with components in the front instead of coaxials so I could just replace the factory tweeters and use their location. Something to consider anyway.
