95 A/C Problems

I recently replace my orifice tube and a/c lines. I vacuumed it down no leaks I have charged the system. Now I have my low pressure line is frosted and coordinating and have cool air not cold any ideas.

Got a set of proper gauges to check pressures?

Was this an R-12 unit converted to 134-A

Yes I have proper gauges. And no this was not an r12 conversion

What are you pressures while the engine is idling, AC on high? Let it run for several minutes to stabilize.
