Looking to ls swap my 94 C3500 NV4500 work truck since the 350 threw a rod.
The truck does not have AC so that is one less thing to worry about.
So I found a guy a couple hrs away that builds harnesses from scratch for $500. He also does the swaps his self if I was to go that route.
Obviously I will need a motor mount adapter, who sells the best thats budget friendly?
Will my 94 NV4500 input shaft work? Are there any bellhousing differences other than being external slave (I know the bolt pattern on all gm trucks is the same)? What clutch do you guys suggest for a truck that will be pulling trailers alot? Do I need
What other hoses and etc will I need?
I really want to do a 6.0 from the start but I found a 4.8L for 250 that I can hear running and drive that will come with the harness and anything else. A 6.0 will swap right in later, only difference being coils right?
