93 RCLB With 454 3/4 Drop

I'm not real experienced with drop kits, so I figured I could find someone on here with more knowledge than myself. I'd like to do a 3/4 drop on my 93 RCLB C1500. I've pulled out the original 5.7 and replaced it with a 454. I know that the front springs will need to be changed to compensate for the extra weight of the big block. So, in order to drop my truck properly, I should probably find a drop kit for a 454SS truck right? I figured that a regular C1500 drop kit wouldn't have the proper springs to support a big block.

I was kind of wondering the same thing, i'm doing a rcsb with a 454 and want to lower the front 3-4 inches . I bought 2" drop spindles, then i'm going to use the stock sbc springs and cut 1/2 of a coil. I've read that 3/4 of a coil will give you 2", so with big block i'm gonna start with half.
