87 14sf in 93 k1500

I have a 93 chevy k1500 and i can get my hands on a 14sf for cheap are the spring perches all i have to mess with? or are the shock mounts need changing to? also i might get a 12 bolt from a oobs for really cheap would that be eaiser to use?

depending on the year of the 14sf it can be a direct bolt in, just get a conversion u joint... 12 bolts are a waste of time

Aren't the OOBS axles shorter than the OBS axles? If so won't he run into some trouble trying to run the OOBS axle on an OBS?
