6 button A/C-Heater control hear for my '92.

I need a 6 button control hear for my '92 K 1500. Does any ne have a spare they are willing to part with.
Also does anyone have a decomendation on a shop to repair these heads?

I believe black ones are 88 only, so they would be the 5 button units.

I have one, very nice and intact wires. I pulled it at the yard just to get the box behind it for my diesel gauge package. I also have the receiver unit. I'll send it out, and if it works just send me what you think it's worth.
