35s - 37's. im still trying to keep my truck some-what daily driver. lol

If only going with 35-37s I would get a d44, and spend the saved money on good quality hiems or Johnny joints.

Johnny joints are rebuildable unlike hiems so definitely look into them when you get more serious. I would pick up some cheap pipe like schedule 40 to do all the mock up where you don't waste DOM.
