4.3 to 5.7 swap

Hey guys I have a 1992 2WD chevy 1500 with a 4.3 tbi. I just bought a 1995 4x4 GMC Yukon with the 5.7L for parts. Ideally, I want to swap the 5.7l into my truck with a carb intake and a 350 transmission. What intake will I need to buy? Somewhere i have an edelbrock intake for a carb'ed '85 Buick with a 305 laying around...? I am planning on using a fuel regulator and the stock 4.3 fuel pump.
Also, what rearends do my truck and Yukon have, and would it be worth swapping out the axles before i scrap the donor SUV?

The V6 and V8 use the same transmission, 4l60e I'm pretty sure.

The Yukon has no reverse, and my truck wont come out of first gear unless i let off the gas and hammer down on it again..
