3" body lift 95 Tahoe with Esky conversion

So I have been debating a 3" body lift mostly for looks wouldn't really wheel it that much, so its a 4dr Tahoe but with the Esky conversion, is there a kit that has the brackets for the front and rear bumpers? Cause I know the fronts are different not sure about the rears
