2wd vs 4wd inner/outer tie rods 3500 dually

I am trying to figure out the difference between the c3500s and k3500s tie rods.

I want to install some kryptonite tie rods on my c35 and am trying to figure out what it would take to get them on the truck.

So when you look up the part numbers for each model on " GM Parts Giant .com" either the numbers are the same or they are different.
Why haven't you just asked kryptonite people, or looked it up. Get the exact, correct info from the OE.
