its super easy. vatozone rents a bj press, ive used it many times.

imho if your gonna do new upper bj's id just get a whole new arm so you have the bj and bushings. unless you're gonna be hard on the truck in that case i would still get complete arms and if the upper bj's are bolted in unbolt them and drill out the arms and bj for 3/8 bolts. the ones that came wth my replacement bj (moog) are like 5/16 and puny. same thing with lowers, if the bushings are bad. if not just press i new bj's.
