Ive got a stock '95 reg cab stepside and was debating whether to lower or do a leveling kit. Im not looking to lift it too high but I really like the stance of a stock Z71 with 31 inch tires. Would a leveling kit be enough to get this from my 2wd?

absolutely. I have the Rough country 2" lift kit. I'm running 30" tires but I'm going with 31's later on.

Go with the 4" spindle lift. It a lot easier to install. Everybody thinks my truck is a stock 4x4.

I would like some info on the leveling issue also. My 94 C2500 2wd has way too much rake for my taste. I love the way that oohunter04oo's white 97 looks in his sig pic. That is what I want to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

C2500's are a little more difficult to lift than their 1/2 ton counterpart. I don't remember the exceptions exactly but I think a Body lift or coil spacers are your best bet.

Is it a 6 lug (2500LD) or 8 lug?

If 8 lug coils, spacers and body are your only choice I think.

If 6 lug you have the same suspension as a 5-lug, just the rotors are different, so u can use spindles

FastOrange,
Thanks for the info. Is there a recommended spindle lift out there? What other components need to be replaced at the time of install? I.e. longer shocks?

So is your truck 6 lug or 8 lug. Fabtech does sell spindles for 8 lug trucks but they are expensive. Rough country and Canuck Motorsports sell spindles that will work with the 6 lug.
