2005 Efan help

I just picked up a set of 05 dual speed electric fans. I need to know how to wire them up and be able to use both speeds without using the pcm. I saw a couple of posts where a guy was using 3 relays but he still had it wired into the pcm. I already have two fans running off of two derale adjustable fan controllers think maybe I can use those to do the speed part? One for low, one for high? Also I’m no wiring genius so please dumb it down for me lol if you have a wiring diagram that would be great
