2000 Z71 seat track loose

Both bucket seats have a lot of rocking play, so I looked under the driver seat and saw the tracks moving a lot. It appears to be a bushing or some sort of plastic block that has broken.

Has anyone experienced this and know of a fix?

Never seen that on a GM before.... Its very common on VW/Audi You can buy seat tracks from your local speed shop
