2000 Escalade rear 60/40 seat in 2dr tahoe

Can someone tell me what problems will I run into installing a 60/40 escalade rear seat in my 98 2dr tahoe. Would like to replace my rear seat with the escalade 60/40 rear if possible. What other parts will I need from the donor vehicle besides the seat.
