Beefy k1500

I have a 1998 crew cab long box with a 454 and a 4l80e Transmission. I also have a rebuilt 89 12v cummins with a 1st gen intercooler, 1997 Dodge NV4500, HE351 turbo and 2nd Gen stock turbo, and a 6.5 turbo diesel dash, Pedals from 93-94ish Chevy, some other miscellaneous items for the swap. I still need to gather a bellhousing and adaptor plate and everything in between. This will be my first manual truck so combining it with a swap like this has proven to be a little bit stressful. The 454 and 80 are going in my k1500 that has a blown up 350 and rebuild 60e. I am assuming I will just need a harness for that and the motor mounts from the k3500 to swap it. That’s a crossover 1995 and I’m also figuring on the transmission crossmember being pushed alittle further Back. With that being said any information for anyone that knows about either of these swaps would be awesome. As it’s pretty big for me. The k3500 is a solid axle with a ford D60 if that changes anything and the 1995 has a 6 inch lift. Both trucks are re-geared and rust free. I’ll likely be doing the k1500 454 first due to the simplicity of the swap compared to the cummins swap. Again any information on either of these builds would be greatly appreciated. I have gathered what I could on both of these builds and honestly the information regarding the tbi to vortec swap was far more scarce then the 12/nv4500.
