Which water pump did you go with? I like to use AC Delco and when I look on rock auto there are 2 AC Delco pumps for 2 very different prices! I can't tell the difference between the 2.

I got the one from O Reilly, local and lifetime warranty.

I've seen that happen few times on other motor I've worked on. Usually difference of fins style on the water pump. Higher price tend to have better fin style of pushing water better than lower price of other fin style. Although I only recall one style/model on the 4.3 or so I see on O Reilly for my year?

30x9.50x15 Falken WildPeak A/T. I'm impressed, I was hauling a 6x10 trailer with 1.5 ton of old dirt/sod. I went out to spread them out in the field, only to come across wet, mud field. I did not get stuck into it even though tread was caked full of mud. I'll post picture later when I get the time. I was grateful 4.3 had enough torque to get in and out of it. I'm certainly ready for stock swap to 5.7L. It's still doing allright for 257k.

No issue in the rain, wet road or dirt road. So far I would recommend them. Tread wear is pretty decent so far.

I thought I try out LED bulb for the front turn signal.

It did not reach enough to press down and twist on stock bulb socket. I did a bit of trimming but it took couple minutes longer than I'd prefer to deal with. I went on to local auto store and get a bulb socket.

Bulb fits and twist as stock does.

Cut and solder the wires together.

Upon installing the Zevo 3157 bulb, It does not have dim and bright at the same time like stock 2 filament bulb does. It's installed either dim or bright side (Rotate 180 for the difference). This is the bright side.

I left the stock 3157 bulb on the top part otherwise there will be no running lamp on.
