1994 K2500 Chevy Silverado 350 V8 4x4 My truck keeps cutting out and backfires when under any slight load. Any ideas?

Does it do it all the time? Only when cold? Only when hot? At any throttle input? Only at full throttle? Only on inclines?

Need more info

Start with the basics. Plugs, how old is dist' cap, rotor, cracked cap. Plug wires shorted melted. Low fuel pressure, lean out > can't deliver under load. Vacuum lines broken, off.
Did you do anything before this happened?
