1994 4.3tbi to 6.0 lq4

Has anybody done this swap? My main concerns are the wiring harness, motor mounts, and compatability between the 6.0 and 700R4 (which i believe the truck to have). It will be with a complete 6.0 with 57k on the odo.

It'll definitely be a few months, because I want to do it in a weekend. Also, can I use the stock torque converter from my truck and flexplate from the 6.0 to bolt it to this trans?

If your flexplate is flat like mine was on my 6.0 then yes it will bolt up to your stock convertor with slight mods to the holes in the flexplate, if it's the dished flexplate then no you will need a different flexplate and possibly a pilot bore adapter.
