1990 Wiper Pulse Board

Anyone know where to find a replacement rectangle (not "C" shaped like the 91+ boards) or what to look for on resoldering the connection? My board looks fine and isn't loose but my wipers come on when I turn the switch but they will turn off randomly. I can provide a photo of the board if needed.

Honestly it doesnt look like either of those, I'll snap a picture and post it up.

I dont know if the pulse board is actually bad, I've just read that others replace theirs in the 91+ trucks and it solved their problem.
