Don't confuse " HD " with grades of quality, standard grade- good, optional heavy duty- better grade. Whereas GM often uses the HD to denote 2500 HD, meaning heavier service. Then unless it specifically states -" *** your model " ,the parts catalog is referring to a casual driver, or heavy duty a higher quality option for commuter daily driver.
As you stated, uprated springs , performance shocks, the larger diameter sway bar. Those are not HD in GM speak rather are performance options . It's a truck, not an exotic special parts build, don't overthink it.
