Yup, it's a little tricky to investigate because that third digit in the part number looks like a 0 when it's really a C.

0, O, C, G, and Q will always screw you up. So will 1 and I.

Ugh. I'm doing the exact same thing for work this morning. I have a frustrated part sitting on a shelf because the supply clerk noticed the part number hand-etched on the part doesn't match the part number scribbled on the tag. Now I get to dive through the manuals and the programs available to me to try and sort out what part it actually is.

Hello ! Problem child checking back in LOL.... SOOOOO before storing truck away for winter I pulled out the ECM that gets no codes. Looking at new goodies to buy this winter for summer build. I notice on the ECM the sticker says.... 86 ANLY bin ecm 1227747, I have yet to see ANY other ANLY bin code listed anyplace... Starting to wonder if it even belongs in a 89 Chevy LOL..?
