After seeing the pics in the ad I would say go look at it! It appears to have a desert tank on it! I could be wrong but it appears to have a larger then stock tank. The hard starting could be due to fouled plug and dirty carb.

Yes I wasn't concerned with the starting deal my old rm was a ***** till I found out the secret two stroke starting ritual lol. Yes doesn't look bad in the pics, are two strokes street legal?

I ride my DT on the street almost daily, It depends on your state if you can title it with a bill of sale or not.

Where I live I can just go in with a bill of sale and get a plate. It costs me $60 for 3 months.
