Hello,
I have a 1991 K1500 that is pretty stock. I have a busted rear leaf spring and it's getting worse, squatting pretty badly to that side. A friend has some springs off a 1998 K3500 that I can have for really cheap. Everyone says the 3/4 ton springs will swap, but nobody mentions the 1 ton, and I'm guessing that's because the leaf packs are too huge?
Can I open it up and pull a leaf or two out and install these to fix my sag and get a little lift out of it, or is there some other reason these won't work?
