    Need some serious help!!

    Okay I'm still lost here! I have power to my actuator, but the 4wd still isn't engaging!! I replaced the switch and still no luck... I've also tried 4 different actuators, but I have a ? Will it hurt the actuator to test it before you screw it in? Like hook up the wires to it and them engage it...

    Cab corner problems and solutions

    I heard they rust due to there being foam in the corners. The foam I guess holds the moisture... I'm going to do my cab corners and rockers this week... Should be loads of fun!! Not hahahaha

    Yea the drive shaft to the front is spinning but ive tried 3 different actuators in it with still no luck! Bout ready to ship her off to the freaking shop and let them deal with it!!

    Alright fellows im at a total lose right now!! I have a 97 4wd ecsb 5.7 Silverado and my 4wd wont work!! You can hear the transfer case engaging but neither of the front tires are spinning!!! I've replaced the actuator and the 4wd hi lo and 2wd switch and still no luck!!! Its the np 243...

    I would agree I would check it with a test light at the seat and make sure you have power and go from there

    That could cause it to totally not work? When I hit the button you can hear the transfer case engaging but the 4wd isn't working
