My Truck 98 GMC scsb project (again lol)
Sup guys well after 5.5 months of waiting i finnally got my wheels in this past thursday. 20x10 rear 5" lip, 20x8.5" front 3.75" lip Before After I would like to lower it and maybe wish i had gotten a lower profile tire.. but ive done the low pro tire and really low truck thing...- 98_GMC

THK YOU BUD, THE WHEELS ON NOW ARE BILLET SPECIALTIES SLG02 17 X 9.5 FRONT AND 17X11 REAR.. STILL WAITING ON THE NEW SET FROM BONSPEED. BEEN 4 MONTHS AND 2 WEEKS SINCE ORDERED.. FML LOL... Yes that makes sense now, from the diagram a ground is what i thought needed to complete the circuit i just was not sure if the pcm connections actually made a ground.. thought it would send a positive charge for some reason.. thats why i was a lil confused but i think i got it now... now im...- 98_GMC

Aloicious, ive been reading the diagram. Do the 411 Pcm connections that go into the low circuit of the relay act as a ground when the pcm send the signal??- 98_GMC

ok cool, thks for all your info bud. i have got to study all this and make sure nothing gets screwed up. but i will try to wire it the way u have though the pcm. so u basically just tap into those 2 pcm wire for the signals? would these 2 relays be the ones i need? 5pin ...- 98_GMC

Thanks Bud, im actually set on doing the 411 swap.. tired of this crap lol.. i got the pcm and the connectors on the way shipped to my house as I type. now i will wait to have a free weekend to start the swap. im not sure when ill actually get to it but before the year is over lol. thks for all...- 98_GMC

SUP GUYS, DOES ANYONE KNOW OF ANYBODY HAVING TUNING ABILITY IN HOUSTON AREA???.. I NEVER FOUND ANYONE SO I WENT WITH TUNE. THE TRUCK ACTUALLY RUNS PRETTY GOOD FOR A MAIL ORDER PCM BUT THERE IS STILL ISSUES.. AND SEEMS TO BE BUSY OR IDK IT TAKES THEM A WHILE TO RESPOND.... REALLY WOULD LIKE...- 98_GMC

well if you have a 98 the best route is to get a donor 98 or 99 classic truck other wise its a pain with the wiring cuz they are slightly different than 96/97 which was happend here lesson learned but for the most part no too too bad.. and same if you have a 97 or 96 truck best to find a donor...- 98_GMC
