2000 Chevy K2500 rcd 6inch lift questions?!

so I’m gonna be buying a used rcd 6 inch suspension lift for my truck. I keep hearing that I need a carrier bearing drop bracket which I found one online for $30. But I also keep hearing that I don’t need it? Can I get some feedback from people who have actually installed this lift kit on this...

Alright cool, because it seems a lot harder to find an actual 6.0 harness, let alone finding a 6.0 for a decent price haha

So basically you cut off the spider plug and then wire on all the pig tails to each individual injector up to where you cut the plug off? I’m giessing my wiring should be the same as yours

Well the part that scares me is that idk what wires hook to what haha. Do you have some diagrams or charts you’re using to do all the wiring?

2000 Chevy k2500 crew cab cab corner replacement advice

I’m gonna be tackling my cab corners tomorrow (and my rockers but I’m only cutting out the little bit that’s bad and patching that) and I’m looking for any advice quick before I start. Mainly wondering how to attach the corner inside the door jam, do I weld it or is there some sort of silicone...

Heads from the 01 as well or are those what came on the lq1? And do you have to have a spacer and a different flex plate to bolt the original tranny up to the motor? I’m a little confused on everything that’s need to put the older style 4l80e that we have to an ls motor
