thanks for all the suggestions guys! i hadnt even noticed the ring around it where there was a mount until one of you pointed it out. ill have to visit the cb shop and get something for it until i get a cb put in.- Ron Freeman

Ok. I wasn't sure if it was supposed to be there for some reason or not. I didn't remember one being there on buddies truck but never know. I'll have to figure out a way to cover it until I get a cb for the truck this summer. Thanks guys!! Sent from my KIW-L24 using Tapatalk- Ron Freeman

the standard acdelco plugs have a longer base (end that goes into block) and shorter head (end that the wires seat on), the rapidfires are the opposite. short base and longer head. on the standard plugs socket grip didn't seat as far end as the rapidfires... thats the ONLY one i had a problem...- Ron Freeman

So how did you find GMT400.com??
been working on a 94 K1500 that I bought over the summer and stumped on some mechanical issues been having. Did a google search and have ALOT of success with browsing the posts and finding ideas on what to check and get things fixed so THANKS TO ALL THOSE THAT I BROWSED THROUGH- Ron Freeman
