    guys, im only using a gen v block and crank. everything else will be aftermarket. nice hbeam rods flat top 10:1 pistons 115cc chamber aluminum heads hyd roller cam & valve train.. 600 will not be hard to come by that way.

    How low should one go?

    actually it doesnt bottom out on the axle. the spring will tap on the rear most bed support with weight in the back. i did a 2/4 on my 95 with spindles, hangers and shackles. all because i still wanted a "useable" truck. not that it isnt useable, it just is kinda annoying to hear the spring...

    looking to see what the best fitting tire size is before i start buying a set of tires. first pic is 275/60/15 and 255/60/15s on 9C1 caprice 15x7 wheels second pic is 30x9.5s on the stock wheels i plan on using a set of 15x8 truck rally wheels...(they are out getting powerder coat now)

    well i finished the 2/4 drop. what a pain in the A$$ the trimming of the lower control arms was! nobody has a detailed writeup of how to or what to do with it.. but i figured it out, was on and off the lift about 6 times! lol bilstein shocks on order.. 67 impala rear shocks temporarily...

    lots of changes... cap/rotor/wire/plugs thermostat alt. bearings were shot(got that rebuilt) fixed a couple vacuum leaks and replaced TB gasket scored a set of 15x8 truck rallys with BFG all terrains, center caps and trim rings, lugs for $250.. i dismounted the tires and sold them to a jeep...
