tire size for 2/4 dropped truck on 15" wheels

looking to see what the best fitting tire size is before i start buying a set of tires.

first pic is 275/60/15 and 255/60/15s on 9C1 caprice 15x7 wheels
second pic is 30x9.5s on the stock wheels

i plan on using a set of 15x8 truck rally wheels...(they are out getting powerder coat now)

well took the truck out of storage this week, and slapped the new tires/wheels on it.
