Rear view camera trigger wire?

I'm about to install a rear view camera and Clarion in dash I received for Christmas and was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction to find a wire to trigger the radio to switch to camera. Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure where to post this so here goes....

What is the largest spare tire you can mount on the factory hoist under the rear of a 96 GMC ECSB. When I bought my truck it didn't have a spare and I'm going to try and find a matching spare wheel to go under it. My truck has 285/75/16's on it and I would love to match the tire size as well but...

Can you help me figure out where these go?

Snooping around and digging behind the bag seat of my truck I found 4 trim pieces that I have no idea where they go. Anybody got any ideas as to where these would go. My truck is a 1996 GMC Ext Cab. Any help would be appreciated.

Can someone identify this antenna?

This antenna is in the center of the roof of my truck. I figure the truck at one time was a county or city municipal truck and therefore there was an antenna on it. Can anyone identify it? I would like to buy a mast that fit it if there's any possibility I could use it for a CB. Any help would...
