1997 C2500 without spare tire or provisions?
I've got a 1997 C2500 long bed regular cab 5.7 w/ lsd, and apparently it didn't come with a spare tire, or the provisions for a spare. Nothing mounted underneath the truck frame. Have you guys seen this before? If you could suggest how to mount a spare? I'd prefer to not have it in the bed, as...- digdug18

Anybody dealt with consistently wet carpet on the drivers side?
I tried searching, pulled the cowl and waterproofed the heater cover, the screws, etc. Can't figure out where rain is getting into the cab at. The front of the carpet by the pedal's seem dry. But under where my feet go is consistently wet. I don't think there is just a massive amount of water...- digdug18

Eastern/Middle PA, Central Jersey, anyone interested in a U-Pull It Meet?
Did one of these with a car club some time ago, worked out pretty well. The U-Pull It's don't mind, so long as you pay your $2 at the door. Heck might be able to coordinate with them if you want me to and see what they have truck wise before we go. We would have a couple of option in yards... -

picked up a 1997 k1500 earlier this year, and damn there are alot of truck forums. I think this is the 3rd forum specifically on the GMT400 trucks that I've joined. Here to learn more about the truck, fix problems, etc.- digdug18
