So I've seen a few post of people reupholstering and since I needed a headliner I thought it was was time..

That's way too many beers for a door panel and headliner job.

It's gonna come out lumpy.

You might be able to get that many under the carpet or in a nice thick coat of spray-in bedliner, though.

looks like ultrasuede or Alcantara.
i redid my crew cab headliner a few years ago. used "heads up" spray adhesive and has held up great.
