Well, I did get back out to the garage tonigh, but didn't quite get everything back together, yet. I did get the sway bar on. I also had to slightly bend the metal part of the front brake hoses to clear the end links a little better. Cutting them down would not have been enough. The pry bar worked great!
I'll do a little more gravity bleeding tomorrow and possible put the front wheels back on it, before I head over to the neighbors, for the Super Bowl cookout.

Along with a house repair project (really minor one), I gravity bled the front brakes, put the wheels back on, and fixed the half bolted down driver seat. After that I got it out of the garage to clean up the horrendous mess I made.
It seems like the front sits lower than before, but measuring from the fender opening to the garage floor, it's still exactly the same. Before I take it for a drive, I really need to roll the edge in the front fender openings, and set the toe (which will be a PIA since there isn't much room to get under the front of it). I will probably "old fashion bleed" the front brakes, too. Then, I'll go bed in the front brake pads and schedule it for a real alignment.

If you have any problem with the caliper hoses hanging up on the end link bolts you can turn the bolts over and put the nuts on the bottom.

I thought about that, but the brake hose was low enough there at it would have rubbed on the bolt head, too. I just stuck my pry bar in there and gently massaged the metal part, until it was out of the way. It was like that on both sides.
