My truck pumped all of the fluid out of the power steering unit quickly.
I thought the pressure line had cracked in or around the jam nut
I replaced the line, refilled and pumped all of the fluid out again, quickly.
The line is loose after tightening the jam nut , as if the seat is gone inside the inlet port.
Trying to upload pic of my inlet port.

I just replaced my gear but don’t remember what the connection looked like inside. Did you put a new o-ring on?

Yes. I tried just a new o-ring, that didn't stop it. So, I bought a new pressure line and put it on, with another new o-ring. That is when I noticed the line had movement to it.

There's a lot of grit in those threads have you tried taking acrag and cleaning them out? Could be stripping of them showing.
