Thanks for the info, probably going to have to just swap the lower part or "riser" as he calls it since I can't see a way to separate the lowest section, at least I won't have to care about the condition of the seat in that case.- Kevinshelton19

Not sure if it helps but this is an extended cab truck and I think they call this an easy entry seat or something similar, really hoping someone else had this issue before me! Chair rocks bad, come to find out the rail that mounts to the floor is badly bent, not really seeing a clear way to separate it and attempt to straighten.. any insight would be appreciated. Uploading pictures of each side to show how it should be vs the bent side.- Kevinshelton19

96 ext cab passenger seat is a rocking chair
As title states, seat has good amount of forward to back play, upon investigating the seat is tightly bolted down. Dash cam question
So I'm considering installing a dash cam in my 96 Silverado and I notice they power off of a 12v USB via cigarette lighter port. Muffler of Choice?
I have a 96 2500 eclb with a 5.7L that the previous owned put the stock big block exhaust under, i cut out the flanges and cats and piped in 3" magnaflow highflow cats that go 2 to 1 into a big magnaflow muffler with a 4" out the back no idea what model, sounds good overall but the droning sound...- Kevinshelton19

How to: factory auxiliary trans cooler upgrade
Did the swap a week or so ago, went pretty easy except for one of the cooler lines didn't want to come out. Gonna be towing a 7500lb trailer in a couple weeks, hopefully the cooler helps- Kevinshelton19

4l80e slips when cold
