I would hate to have her take this to a mechanic. I've worked on cars since I was 5. But mainly hot rods and 50's cars. I have a Silverado of my own but sometimes I just can't figure out the problem. She barley makes minimum wage and I know how a mechanic can be pricey. I'll help her out...

Quick update guys. I really need advice lol. It's not the steering column or anything like that. Everything checked out okay when I worked on it Sunday. Even checked the driveshaft. Took it out and everything looked okay. Although when I pulled it out of the transmission, no fluid leaked...

Yeah the wheel still turns fully, it just makes that terrible clunking sound whenever she makes a turn. Is it difficult to replace or take out the intermediate shaft?

so out of the many pages on this entire thread, i read the first 4, and the last 4, so if i missed anything in between i apologize..... BUT... i've heard bad things about body lifts. right now i have some money saved up for new tires for my truck.. only problem is, i really want some 35's...

NBS front clip on an OBS body!?

i was thinking that too, the bumper is a bit too big for my taste, but it looks seemless, i wish it was an extended cab though. but i would totally do that to my truck if i had the knowledge, and money haha, i really like those new silverado front clips, they look pretty sharp

well a couple hours later and i really do dig it! it looks pretty awesome, it definatley adds something to the interior, makes it less bland and dull.. i only did those two things though, i wanna do some more but maybe another day. my interior i wanna slowly customize with little things, like...
