    96 C1500 makeover! Pic Heavy!

Thanks! Yea it's nice here in Florida. I still haven't decided on the trim. I need to get my hood and roof repainted so I might have it removed then in case it damages the paint underneath. This truck is the reason I decided to go the route I am instead of lowering it. I love the look of it. I...

    96 C1500 makeover! Pic Heavy!

So I thought I would make a build thread since I've been making a few changes to my new truck. First couple of pictures is the day I brought it home, 1996 ECSB with 140,000 miles. Ran the carfax and it was a one owner who took really good care of it! First "mod" I did to it was...

    Roll Pan Question!

I had one that screwed into the body. Had it on for a couple of days then took it off. I would rather have the sturdyness of my rear bumper not to mention a step to get into the bed of the truck

    33's on 2WD

Can you fit a 285/70-17 tire on a 17x8 rim with +10mm onto a 2wd c1500? the truck has a 3" body lift. Or would it be better to run a 265/70-17?

    Question for lowering 96 ecsb

Y'all twisted my arm lol, I'll go the 4/6 route. So now my question turns to what's a good set up? I see kits online but I also see a lot of guys "throw" their own sets together. I just want something simple with a good ride....sorry for all the questions, this forum is full of knowledgable...

    Question for lowering 96 ecsb

Thank you for the response red91! If you don't mind me asking what setup do you have? I want to give the truck a good look while maintaining the ability pull/haul things

    Question for lowering 96 ecsb

Hey guys, I'm new to the truck world. I have a 96 ECSB and I would like to do a 2/4 drop on it and give it a nice set of 20's. My question is, what is a nice route to achieve the drop without breaking the bank? Thanks for the help guys, Heath
