cant find messages

I went to conversations and it's empty. I'm looking at this page and under my avatar it displays "Messages:38", which is one more since last time. But then I look at Jkeaton's and it's over a thousand, so I'm gonna assume this number I've been looking at is total messages received since sign-up...

when I view my profile there is a box which states I have a certain amount of messages yet when I click on inbox it states it's empty. Am I looking in the wrong place? Yesterday I had 36 messages supposedly, and now today after starting a thread yesterday I have a anther totaling 37 so evidently...

BTW I have a 1992 K1500, and so far the install has been great. I didn't hook up the tach by the computer, I used the pigtail at the coil. Simple spade connector hookup.

I'm wrapping up an install of a Crimestopper and I'm wondering if the dome light feature can be utilized even though there is no dome activation circuit on our trucks? I notice if I ran the dome light relay circuit to the dome light that the 'door switch' wire and the 'dome light activation'...

vacuum actuator convert to electric??

it seems the only info on vacuum units is on S-10's which is a different system(pushbutton) with a cable. I don't have z cable. Must be this isn't so common on half ton 4X4's. If I could only get the wiring diagram for the vacuum system and compare that to the newer driven electric system maybe...

Hoping for a quick answer to a relatively simple question. I'm in the middle of changing head and intake gaskets on my 92 TBI (Non-Vortec) 5.7L SBC. It has just over 200K miles and when I was removing the intake bolts/nuts, the two that thread into the drivers side head at either end snapped...

Well I'm gonna put a crate engine in and redo the suspension so I think I should have it for a good long time. Body isn't bad either. I don't really drive it in the winter, but I'd like too. Just can't put it through that salt. It's pretty much been a delivery truck for when I go to the hardware...

good advice thank you. I live on the west side of michigan so I get a ton of salt too. Just not sure this old girl is worth SS though. Is there any reason why I might want to run Cats. No laws about having them here. Seems it would be better with out.
