So how much of a bi*ch is it to replace and exhaust manifold gasket?

headers is alot more work than a simple gasket change, i'd reccomend mr gasket ultra seal, they are one of the best gaskets. you should be able to swap the gasket without removing anything other than the header bolts themselves, unless its really dirty and you have to clean the surfaces, mine were good after 100k kms though.

Yeah, drivers side. And are those true bolt up to the stock flanges?

i didnt have the o2 in my manifold so i had to buy a plug for mine.... the ones i posed looked like they are plugged and yes they are true bolt on atleast mine were anyway ill look for another set on ebay real quick
