This "http://C:\Documents and Settings\User 1\My Documents\My Pictures\MP Navigator EX\Cover Pics" is not a proper IMG link buddy. You have to host it to a site like www.Imageshack.us or www.photobucket.com and then get the Direct link, put it in the IMG tags.
