Well I finally took off the steps/body kit in preparation for the 35's.

Thinking hard about the Canuck or Doetsch upper control arms too. Then I can add a true 3 inch coil and get 7" of lift up front. That's only about 3/4" over what I have now but wtf right?

I have 3" springs (i think) in the for sale section if your interested....

Word, Canuck has them, I like dealing with them, bought 3 lifts from them so far (my 4", my ex's 3" and a 2" spacer I never used) good prices and cheap and fast shipping, might take awhile to ship to the states.

I checked out CM for a 2" body lift IIRC.. would rather have ordered from them over summit, can't remember why I didn't.. Probably didn't have the 2".. lol.

They don't have body's, only suspension haha!

My body I bought used but BNIB. And the 3" I bought was a strut spacer for my ex fiancee's 2007 Sierra.

Sorry to get back to this so late...

I really like your truck, just didn't realize those were near 33's. Do you have any rub issues?

When I have a passenger the right front wheel rubs the valance and bumper. I need to trim a tad.

With suspension at full compression, do you ever rub on the inner lip of the fender? Thats where i'd smash the 31's prior to the lift when wheeling and and i've had 33's in the back of my head, but i just dont want to keep bashing the fender edge with them.

I clear fine now but I've been debating on going bigger. The thing is, my dad threw on some new rims and tires for me one day without telling me. He got what's on there now, the 31x1050r15's on 15x7's. Thats where I got a little screwed... I wish the rims were 15x8's so I could go to a 32x1150r15 tire but the 7" rim width is too narrow for anything over 1050. The only larger tire I could go with these rims comfortably is a 33x1050r15 and BFG makes it, but I'm afraid it'll be too narrow and slightly too tall w/out trimming.

I'm running 12.5 on a 7" rim just fine.

33/10.50 would probably fit just fine with no running. But you can fit a 11.50 or 12.50 on a 7" rim with no problem.
