One would think that using an 800 25/3500 master on the hydraboost should work in theory
If you read the link about the hydroboost you would see that the master has a slightly larger diamater than the bore in the hydrobooster itself. It says the master is .2" bigger than the booster. Since modifing the booster causes the washer/pushrod assembly to be loose, I wonder if you could take that .2" off the master instead?
Edit: I also just looked up a master for all 2002 model trucks and the hydroboost master is the same part number for 1500/2500/3500 with a gas engine anyways.
